Over Labor Day (and my birthday), I went to Louisiana to visit my step-sister, Amanda, and her new baby, Kayle. Amanda's husband was away at work, so it was just us girls. What a great weekend that was! As you can tell, Kayle will steal your heart with those big blue eyes. At the end of this post are some more recent photos that Amanda sent so you can see how much Kayle has grown since I saw her.
My other step-sister, Teresa, was a bit of a baby hog when we visited with her. :-)
Here are Teresa and Alyssa with Kayle. Notice how Teresa has a different t-shirt on. Well, Kayle showed her that dangling her in the air might produce a bit of a surprise. Too bad I didn't get a photo of that, because it was hilarious.
Finally, Mama Amanda gets some Kayle time.
Even at five months, Kayle is a very photogenic baby, smiling for the camera!

Auntie Heather got to give Kayle a bath. What a good little baby.
