My friend, Sara, who has a really great blog, suggested that I post photos of my latest project. I really enjoy reading her blog and thought it might be fun to have one of my own. So, here it goes....my first post!
I've spent weeks livening up my living and dining rooms and the upstairs hall. Here are before photos. This is what my living room looked like when I first bought the house and moved in June 2006. I really didn't change much beyond moving plants around and putting photos on the decorative fireplace. The dining room was painted the same color, with the same color in the valences.

What a great house ! There could be some really nice cocktail parties where we could throw the nice glasses out the window ? Well, as it were, I'm six time zones away and would miss out on that much fun anyway...
By the way, Alexandre Orion is who is still often called Lyle. It is a pen name as well as an alter-ego. LoL
